I'm up. I'm determined. I'm not all exercisy this morning but mostly because I overslept. My fault. I was up at 3:00 with my oldest who had a bad dream. And of course she wanted to finish out the night in bed w/ my husband and I. Only problem with that being that our youngest already had that idea. So the 4 of us were crammed into our modest queen-sized bed. That meant mom got little to no sleep after that. Which was ok. She needed me and I could comfort her. That's what it's all about.
Exercise will be rescheduled for today at nap time. That is all.

Yes I've missed exercise days from having little ones in our bed too. Mostly because I'm so achy from being crammed on 2in of bed! I find do a small yoga session in the morning helps with the afternoon/evening runs then when I have to do that.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the comment, Christina. I totally should have done a yoga set this morning. I'm having trouble keeping the eyes open! I know if I had just forced myself up to exercise I'd feel so much better right now.

ReplyDeleteI can't get a good night sleep when one of my little onces jump in bed with us either.. I woke up this morning to having 2 of them in there... me my hubby an 8 and 6 year old..Fun..NOT!.
I'm looking forward to checking back and seeing what type of exercise you did! ;)
