The first WI I missed was April 9. We took off at 6am that day on vacation, so I (honestly) forgot to weigh in before leaving. I actually did weigh in on April 16 but didn't post it. So here's the

Current Weight: 248.2
Last Week's Weight: 243.0
Loss: --- (Gain) + 5.2
Total Loss Since 4/2/2012: --- None
So what happened? I took a vacation. I ate whatever my heart desired. I did not count calories. I did not limit myself. And honestly, the wings, pizza and beer were DELICIOUS. I didn't exercise. I didn't even walk other than through the Baseball Hall of Fame and a Children's Museum. But I had fun. I saw my sister. I'm happy with that week, gain be damned.
This week has been different. I've been a more restrictive on what I've eaten. I've (MOSTLY) stayed out of the leftover Easter candy. I've cut down on the beer, too. Also, I joined a local running club and am running again. After getting over the initial shock to moving my ass again, I'm REALLY enjoying it. It is so......LIBERATING!
